What if I say we could or, in fact, we must re-write this story? The act of brand building is NOT about gaining recognition, not merely about promoting oneself or forcing oneself to attend networking events.
I believe it is about contributing to conversations by sharing what we stand for and by adding our diverse thinking to society and culture. This is where real engagement and connection get built.
And that is the beginning of making a difference, in a literal sense, for the people we seek to serve.
