Kate is a multi-award winning expert in game design. I received a message yesterday from Kate with the link to the article featuring the image I created for her. Sweet right?

Looking at her tagline, her experience and credentials, there is absolutely no doubt she is a leading expert and way above ‘average’. When I met her for the first time, however, we talked about her outward digital appearance – her online profile image – which was pretty much very average. I said, Kate you worked too hard to have ‘blah’ photos. This photo of her matches how awesome she is in everything she does. How is this done – bringing out someone’s personality and awesomeness?
